The Bridge Point Itasca is the mixed-use project of the Bridge Development Partners, LLC. Bridge Development Partners has hired the Premier Design + Build Group for this 48-acre developmental project in the northwest suburban Itasca. Three new buildings will be constructed by the Premier at an area of 741,621 square feet.
A retail zone will also be developed in an area of 7-acre. Premier will provide the design and build services for this project. Two decommissioned radio broadcast towers were present on the site. Premier supervised the demolition of the towers in July. Apart from the towers, a fuel oil tank, a concrete foundation, and two satellite buildings were also cleared from the site.
