Charles Baigler joined Bridge in 2024 and is responsible for Bridge’s UK and European operations. Charles provides oversight for acquisition and development opportunities across the region in addition to the management of the European business.
Prior to Bridge, Charles was Head of Direct Real Estate at Pictet Alternative Advisors. Charles was also previously Managing Director at CBREIM where he founded the Europe Value Partners value-add fund series. He has also held senior positions at Rockspring Property Investment Management and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has been responsible for sourcing and executing over €6bn of equity and debt transactions across the UK and Europe. Charles holds a BA (hons) from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Real Estate from Southbank University.
Mike Best joined Bridge in 2024 and is responsible for Bridge’s UK operations. Mike is responsible for development, acquisition, and asset management across the region.
Prior to Bridge, Mike was Head of Logistics at British Land where he launched their logistics strategy building a £1.5bn development pipeline. Mike was also previously a Director at Logicor where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of a £3bn UK logistics portfolio. Mike holds a BA (hons) from Imperial College London and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Tim joined Bridge in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing all development activity within the United Kingdom.
Tim has over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and development. Prior to joining Bridge, Tim worked for Oxenwood Real Estate as development manager, Peel Ports Group as project manager and as a site manager for Balfour Beatty. Tim holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
Leonardo Cerutti joined Bridge in 2024 and is the Vice President of Investments for Europe. He oversees key development and acquisition activities for continental Europe (France, Germany and the Netherlands) as well as the United Kingdom.
Prior to Bridge, Leo worked as a Vice President in Pictet Alternative Advisors’ direct real estate team where he specialised in Value-Add acquisitions across Europe. Prior to Pictet, he worked at Cerberus Capital Management.
Leo graduated from the London School of Economics where he obtained an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance.
Leigh Robinson joined Bridge in 2021 and is responsible for assisting in the underwriting and development process for Bridge’s industrial projects in Greater London and the West Midlands. He joined from the Capital Markets team at Avison Young where he provided acquisition, disposal and speculative funding advice to institutional, corporate and property company investor clients.
Leigh has a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (MRICS).
David Sayers joined Bridge in April 2022 and is responsible for supporting development activities across the UK, including design and construction.
David joined from the projects team at The Howard de Walden Estate where he provided in house project management services. David has over 10 years’ experience in the property market, starting his career as a Building Surveyor working at Knight Frank, Lambert Smith Hampton and Cushman & Wakefield, before joining The Howard de Walden Estate.
David has a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (MRICS).
Adel joined Bridge in 2025 and is an Associate on the European Investment team. He supports development and acquisition activities across continental Europe (France, Germany, and the Netherlands) as well as the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Bridge, Adel was an Investment Associate at Clay, a London-based operating partner specializing in living sector investments. He began his career in real estate investments and investment banking at AHH IM and Commerzbank.
Adel holds an MSc in Finance and Management from Kedge Business School (France).
Patrick joined Bridge in July 2022 and is responsible for assisting in all aspects of underwriting and leasing for Bridge’s value-add acquisitions across the firm’s core markets.
Prior to Bridge, Patrick worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at First Industrial Realty Trust. He was responsible for supporting their Capital Markets Team in various aspects of the acquisitions and disposition process.
Patrick is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
Majorie joined Bridge in June 2023 and is responsible for financial operations in the United Kingdom. She has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
She has a Master of Science in Accounting with Finance and hold a fellowship in Chartered and Certified Accountant (FCCA).
Faisal joined Bridge in August 2022 and is responsible for the financial and operational aspects of the sites across the UK.
Faisal previously worked within the property division of Cargiant Ltd providing end to end management of the UK portfolio with a value in excess of £500 million consisting of industrial, retail and rural.
Lauren joined Bridge in 2024. She supports Charles Baigler, Head of Europe and Chris Doloughty, Senior Vice President. Lauren is responsible for all administrative duties in the London office including, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and miscellaneous tasks. She also oversees the day-to-day operations of the London Office and leads the social committee. Prior to Bridge, Lauren worked as an Executive Assistant at various financial corporations.
Lauren graduated from The University of Chester with a Bachelors in Graphic Design & Art.
