Kevin Carroll is responsible for Bridge’s acquisition and development activities throughout the state of Florida. Kevin has successfully completed transactions on over 7 million square feet of industrial real estate with a value in excess of $700 million during his career.
Kevin is a graduate of University of Southern California where he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and holds a MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Bridge is active in NAIOP South Florida, The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida as well as ULI.
Brian Latta is responsible for managing the development of Bridge’s Florida assets. With more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, Brian has led the development of a variety of highly successful projects totaling more than $150 million in construction cost and 1.8 million square feet of Development. Prior to joining Bridge, Brian was Vice President of Development for Flagler Development where he was responsible for managing the development of Beacon Lakes, a 6 million square foot industrial park in Miami. Brian was also responsible for management and entitlement of Flagler’s land bank totaling more than 5,000 acres throughout the State of Florida.
Brian has also worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Toll Brothers Realty Trust and Turner Construction, where he was responsible for projects ranging from large, highly complex pharmaceutical, laboratory and industrial projects for clients such as University of Pennsylvania, Merck and Elf Atochem to office buildings, retail and custom residential projects.
Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University, a Masters in Construction Management from the University of Florida and a Masters of Science from Temple University.
Elizabeth “Liz” joined Bridge in September 2019. She is responsible for the property management function for the Florida market, which will handle both company-owned assets and provide third-party property management services to institutional owners who have acquired properties developed by Bridge.
Liz joins Bridge with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in various capacities through multiple regions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Columbia Union College and Master’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University. She holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) – both designations earned through the Building Owners Management Institute (BOMI).
Liz is currently an active participant of several real estate associations including BOMA, IREM, CREW, and NAIOP as well as a volunteer with Give an Hour, a program that offers assistance to military and veteran families as well as those surviving a tragedy. Liz was named Property Manager of the Year by BOMA Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beaches at the 2022 TOBY Awards Gala.
Ben Branch joined Bridge in January 2022. He will oversee the design, development, and construction of Bridge’s new regional projects.
Ben brings more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Bridge, he served as Executive Vice President of Design and Construction for a South Florida real estate and investment firm, where he was responsible for overseeing real estate asset development and capital improvements related to land development projects. Branch holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Florida International University (FIU) and a bachelor’s in architectural engineering from Penn State University. Committed to his community, Branch serves as secretary on the Mission to Haiti Board of Directors. He previously served on the MBA Advisory Board at FIU.
Aaron Hirschl joined Bridge in 2019 and leads the firm’s acquisition activities in South Florida. He directs all aspects of the development process, specifically including acquisition, leasing, and disposition. Prior to joining Bridge, Aaron worked in corporate real estate consulting, specifically focused on national site selection and business incentive negotiation.
Aaron is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Political Science and minor in Business. Aaron is a member of NAIOP South Florida and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for 2021-2022. Additionally, Aaron was part of the 2021 ULI Leadership Institute and sits on the executive board of the JCS Alliance.
John joined Bridge in 2021 and is responsible for assisting in Bridge’s development and acquisition activities throughout South Florida. He is actively involved in all aspects of the development process, specifically including acquisition, leasing, and disposition. Prior to joining Bridge, John worked as a Senior Sales Associate at Berger Commercial Realty Corp./CORFAC International, specifically focused on representing sellers, buyers, and landlords with their industrial real estate needs.
John is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship. John has his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License and is a member of the NAIOP South Florida Chapter.
Ramiro joined Bridge in December 2021. He is responsible for managing the development process of the firm’s assets in South Florida including, due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction.
Prior to joining Bridge, Garcia served as a Senior Project Manager with a major industrial property REIT, where he managed the design, development, and construction of projects in Chicago, and later, South Florida. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture, with a minor in Construction Science from the Texas A&M University.
Francis joined Bridge in 2020. Francis has been a construction professional since 2009. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering, has worked as a Professional Engineer, and holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from The University of Puerto Rico. His prior experience includes 8 years with Gilbane Building Company where he assumed various roles in Construction Management. His most recent role was as the Project Manager for two design-build healthcare facilities. In addition, he also performed similar duties in the Hospitality and Institutional construction markets. Some of his prior experience to Gilbane includes Pharmaceutical Validation, Government Infrastructure CM, and as an accounting auditor with the firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Brenda joined Bridge in 2018 and has played several roles throughout the company’s local expansion. Brenda is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the South Florida office and plays a key role across investments, property management, leasing and development.
Brenda graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master’s in Marketing and Analytics. Brenda has her Florida Real Estate License and is a member of USGBC, CREW Miami and CIASF.
Adolfo Reutlinger joined Bridge in November 2021. He is responsible for overseeing all tenant improvement projects for Bridge in the South Florida market.
Adolfo brings more than 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a General Contractor where he worked on a variety of project types including industrial, governmental, retail and commercial. Prior to joining Bridge, Adolfo worked for Coastal Construction Group, Shawmut Design & Construction and Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was responsible for the Design-Build of Parking Garage K at PortMiami, a Public Private Partnership between Miami-Dade County, PortMiami and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Adolfo holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University and is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor.’
Cory Welper joined Bridge in January 2020. He leads all acquisition efforts in the Bridge’s Central Region which focuses on Chicago and Miami. Since joining Bridge, Cory has been involved in 22.2 MSF & $4.1B of successful industrial real estate transactions in Chicago, Miami, Seattle, Los Angeles and London.
Prior to Bridge, Cory worked at Ernst & Young in their Real Estate Transaction Advisory practice. At EY, Cory was responsible for real estate valuations, due diligence, and corporate M&A advisory.
Cory is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin where he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. He is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals). In addition, Cory is the Vice President of the Associate Board of Habitat for Humanity Chicago.
Marlene joined Bridge in January 2020. She is responsible for day to day management and operations of properties located in the Florida region. Her enthusiasm and interest in people helps her work to promptly resolve any issues arising for owners as well as tenants. In addition to her operational role, Marlene further assists the Senior VP of Asset Management in the general administration of properties that are under development.
Marlene has over 10+ years of commercial property experience in the commercial real estate arena. Prior to joining Bridge, Marlene served in various property management capacities with Jones Lang LaSalle and Butters Realty where she has worked in office, retail, and medical office buildings.
Marlene is involved in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is currently working to obtain her RPA designation.
Johalys (“Jo”) joined Bridge in August 2022 as a Property Manager. She manages most of Bridge’s Dade county assets.
Prior to starting at Bridge, Jo was a Property Manager for Azora Exan in Miami, FL where she worked with private owned investors on commercial assets located throughout the United States. Before Azora, Jo was a Property Manager for Seefried Industrial Properties in Atlanta, GA where she worked with institutional clients on Industrial assets within Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina.
Jo earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Accounting from Kennesaw State University and a Masters of Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate, from Florida International University.
Carlos joined Bridge in May 2021 and supports the property management team in the Florida market.
Prior to Bridge, Carlos worked at Fowler White Burnett, P.A. where he worked with the accounting department handling various AP & AR matters. Moreover, he is also experienced running day-to-day operations in multi-Family real estate assets.
Carlos is a graduate of Florida State University where he holds a bachelor’s degree in both Finance & Real Estate.
Vanessa joined Bridge in June 2022. She assists Kevin Carroll, Brian Latta, and the Miami team. Vanessa is responsible for administrative duties in the downtown office, including coordinating meetings, travel, and special events.
Vanessa has been in the legal field for the past ten years working as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Vanessa earned her degree at Barry University.
