Brian Wilson joined Bridge in 2015 and is responsible for Bridge’s acquisition and development activities throughout the state of California. Brian has successfully completed transactions on over 9 million square feet of industrial real estate with a value in excess of $1 billion.
Brian Wilson is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree. Brian also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Brian is also a member of NAIOP SoCal and Inland Empire Chapters as well the Los Angeles Chapter of SIOR.
Heather Crossner joined Bridge in 2019. In her role, Heather oversees all project entitlements as well as political, community and public relations during project development and assists landowners, developers and community members in navigating the development process.
Prior to joining Bridge, Heather worked for 13 years as Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and was a member of the firm’s Environmental, Land & Resources Department, where the practice focused on land use, environmental and real estate development.
Heather graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Harvard University Law School in 2006.
Greg Woolway joined Bridge in 2016 and directs the firm’s acquisition activities in California. He leads all aspects of the development process, specifically including acquisition, leasing, and disposition. Prior to Bridge, Greg spent nine years involved in acquisitions, development, and management of industrial and office projects throughout Southern California.
Greg has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Policy and Development from the University of Southern California. Greg has his California Real Estate Brokers License and is a member of the NAIOP Inland Empire and San Francisco Bay Area Chapters. Greg is also a Board Member of the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy Alumni Association and the Boys and Girls Clubs of South Bay.
Tom Fitzpatrick joined Bridge in 2020 as a Vice President of Development, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Development. In his role, he oversees development and construction for Bridge’s projects across California.
Before joining Bridge, Tom Fitzpatrick worked for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as the Development Director overseeing the San Diego Region. Prior to joining Westfield, he previously held positions and developed commercial real estate for both private equity and a public traded company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Chico.
Blayke joined Bridge in 2020. With more than 15 years of experience in several supervisory roles over various disciplines of business, he is responsible for the management of assets throughout the state of California.
Prior to Bridge, Blayke spent five years with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he managed different assets within the portfolio. He was the asset manager during the $1BN development at Century City and most recently at Los Angeles International Airport. During his time at LAX, Blayke was named in the 2019 “Airport Business Top 40 under 40” by Aviation Pros.
Kevin joined Bridge in 2017. Kevin is primarily responsible for sourcing new development acquisition opportunities in Southern California, which includes Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, and Orange County. Kevin also oversees leasing and dispositions of Bridge’s projects in Southern California. Prior to Bridge, Kevin spent three years at Wells Fargo in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of San Diego where he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Kevin is also a member of NAIOP SoCal and Inland Empire chapters.
Conner Thomas joined Bridge in 2021. He oversees acquisitions for Bridge in Northern California, where his primary focus is on sourcing new acquisitions and developments, leasing, and dispositions. Prior to Bridge, Conner worked on the acquisitions teams at DWS and Morgan Stanley.
Conner is a graduate of UC Berkeley where he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics. Conner is an active member in the San Francisco Bay Area chapters of NAIOP and ULI.
Jason Giannantonio joined Bridge in 2022 as Vice President of Development. In his role, he is responsible for leading and overseeing development projects across California.
Prior to Bridge, Jason spent four years with JLL as a Vice President Development Lead for a mixed-use multi-phased project located in Los Angeles, CA for an institutional investment firm. Prior to JLL, Jason spent twenty years with Macerich, most recently as Assistant Vice President of Construction overseeing development and construction projects in California. Jason graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Angela Noah joined Bridge in 2019 and is responsible for managing the development process of the firm’s assets in California including due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction.
Prior to Bridge, Angela spent five years with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where she most recently held the role of Assistant Project Manager within the construction department, managing several construction projects across California.
Angela graduated from the University of Southern California with both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
Greg joined Bridge in May 2022. He leads all acquisition efforts in Bridge’s Western Region which focuses on Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Northern California, Portland and Seattle.
Prior to Bridge, Greg worked as an industrial broker at Newmark focused primarily on landlord and tenant representation. He assisted his clients with building and site acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, tenant relocations and more. Stumm was part of one of Newmark’s consistently top-ranking industrial brokerage teams with a dominant presence in the Los Angeles market, and directly involved in over 250 successfully closed transactions valued at more than $1.85 billion.
Greg graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He is an active member of NAIOP, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and American Industrial/Office Realtors (A.I.R.).
Tuckley joined Bridge in 2019 and is responsible for managing the planning, development, and construction of the company’s assets in California. In this role, Tuckley provides onsite leadership during construction, coordination with government permitting, performs due diligence, and also assists the national property management team.
Prior to joining Bridge, Tuckley spent 18 years in business operations and project management in the Telecommunications Industry.
Tuckley is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Tuckley is also a member of the NAIOP SoCal.
Jake joined Bridge in 2022 and is responsible for managing the due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction of the company’s assets in California.
Before joining Bridge, Jake worked for ARCO National Construction as a Project Manager where he oversaw ground-up, as well as value-add industrial and cold storage projects from concept to completion nationwide.
Jake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, a Masters of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Rick joined Bridge in 2021 and is part of the development team, overseeing southern California properties.
Prior to Bridge, Rick spent the last 17 years in the event space working for two of the largest companies and leaders within the industry, Freeman (primary) and GES. During his tenure, Rick held several roles, however, the bulk of time managing day to day operations from an operations supervisor, to a senior manager at the latter part of his career. His roles allowed him to travel around the country to some of the largest conventions centers around the U.S. assisting in the management of shows in excess of 30 million dollars in revenue. In addition to his work as a manager, Rick served many years on customer service as well as risk management committees helping to ensure a great overall customer experience while mitigating everyday risks from a cost standpoint, thus maximizing show profits.
Chris joined the Bridge asset management team in 2022. He focuses on the management of assets throughout the state of California.
Before joining Bridge, Chris spent 13 years with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Most recently, he was responsible for managing the concessions program at Los Angeles International Airport as well as directing the company’s diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives nationally. With over 15 year of experience in various disciplines, he has knowledge in accounting, finance and property management.
Chris graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Gissella joined the Bridge team in 2021. Gissella forms a part of the asset management team overseeing the Southern California portfolio.
Prior to Bridge, Gissella spent 5 years with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as a Portfolio Associate and Client Services. Gissella was responsible for all project management administration pertaining to Landlord and Tenant construction as well as Center Management projects across a portfolio of centers, directing teams to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liddy joined Bridge in October 2022. She supports the property management team overseeing the Southern California portfolio, focusing on review of financial and payment information as well as enhancing systems and procedures. She is responsible for developing and maintaining contracts with vendors and suppliers, managing tenant relationships, and supporting compliance and efficiencies of building systems.
Prior to joining Bridge, Liddy was a professional equestrian, working in equitation operations and competing all over the country. Later, she was a Business Analyst Intern at WEX Health.
Liddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois – Chicago.
Allison joined Bridge in May 2022. She supports Brian Wilson and manages daily operations for the entire California team, including all administrative duties, event planning and invoice management. Prior to joining Bridge, she supported film and music executives in Los Angeles and Nashville.
Allison holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
