Erin Ankin joined Bridge Industrial in July 2024 and serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations. As a member of Bridge’s executive leadership team, Erin is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and driving key strategic initiatives across the organization. Her leadership spans legal affairs, human resources, information technology, marketing, compliance, and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Bridge, Erin was Managing Partner and General Counsel at Waterton, a real estate investment and management firm. Over her 14-year tenure, she led cross-functional initiatives encompassing legal, fund and corporate structuring, transaction execution, litigation, risk management, talent strategy, and regulatory compliance. She also guided the firm’s registration as an SEC Registered Investment Adviser and served as its first Chief Compliance Officer. Erin played a key role in transactions totaling more than $9.5 billion and co-chaired the firm’s culture committee.
Erin is also a passionate advocate for advancing women in the workplace and has been a mentor and champion of initiatives that support equity, representation, and leadership development for women across the real estate and investment industries. She co-leads Bridge Industrial’s women’s resource group.
Earlier in her career, Erin practiced real estate and finance law at a Chicago-based law firm. She holds a B.A. in English and Political Science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
