March of Dimes of Greater NY/NJ Honors Jeff Milanaik of BRIDGE as 2020 Real Estate Award Honoree
The March of Dimes Greater New York/New Jersey Market has honored Jeff Milanaik, Bridge Development Partners’ Northeast Region Partner, as its 2020 Real Estate Award Honoree. The award was formally extended at the Virtual Real Estate Awards Reception on Thursday, September 24.
The well-attended Real Estate Award Reception traditionally brings over 250 professionals together from across New Jersey’s real estate industry for cocktails, networking, a silent auction and more — but this year it was accessible through an online portal, coordinated by the March of Dimes chairs and committee members.
“I am honored to accept this award and to be recognized by so many of my colleagues in the real estate industry. There is no doubt that 2020 has been a year for the record book — we started off with a worldwide pandemic, experienced unprecedented lockdown and shelter orders, and businesses closed,” said Jeff Milanaik. “Through these difficult times we have seen the good in people come out — strangers helping strangers and people giving of themselves to help others. I believe we all have an obligation to help each other and to that end, I encourage and challenge every person to learn about March of Dimes, its impact, and how they can contribute to its cause. I would like to thank all of those that have supported the mission of this great organization so generously this evening and I humbly thank you for this recognition.”
Milanaik joined Bridge Development Partners in 2014 when he opened BRIDGE’s New Jersey office. He is responsible for BRIDGE’s acquisition and development activities throughout the Northeast Region. Since 2015, he has successfully completed transactions on over 10.5 million square feet, valued in excess of $2.4 billion.
Milanaik holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and received degrees from several real estate programs at Harvard University. He currently serves on the National Executive Board of NAIOP and is a member of the Board of Trustees of NAIOP-NJ, and is past President of NAIOP-NJ. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Boards of the DiLella Real Estate Center at Villanova University, Rutgers Center for Real Estate, and the New Jersey School of Architecture – NJIT. He is also a member of SIOR and IOREBA.
