Bridge Development Partners, one of South Florida’s most active industrial real estate developers, today announced it has inked a 75,995-square-foot lease at its newly renovated Bridge Point Miramar business center in Broward County, Fla. Aero Accessories, an advanced component repair solutions company serving the world’s leading airlines and service providers, is relocating its back office, warehouse and distribution operations from its former ±28,000-square-foot Miramar location, nearly tripling its footprint at Bridge Point Miramar.

Bridge Development Partners acquired the 304,428-square-foot, Class-A, rear-load distribution building in the first quarter of last year, representing the company’s first value-add play in South Florida. It has since completed a multi-million-dollar renovation to upgrade the property, which today is also home to Kellstrom Defense Industries.
