Bridge Industrial Hires Company’s First Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations
As a key member of the executive leadership team, Erin Ankin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing multiple corporate functions and growing Bridge’s inclusive culture
Chicago, IL: Bridge Industrial, a privately-owned, vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, is expanding its executive leadership team by welcoming Erin Ankin as the company’s first Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations. As an integral part of the executive leadership team in Chicago, Ms. Ankin will oversee day-to-day corporate operations, institute organizational-wide goals and performance metrics, manage corporate functions including IT, Marketing, Risk and Insurance, and cultivate Bridge’s inclusive culture. This announcement signals an exciting time of growth and opportunity for the company, as it expands across the US and Europe.
Prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Ankin spent 14 years at Waterton, an industry leading, vertically integrated real estate investment manager based in Chicago. During her tenure, she served as Managing Partner, General Counsel and was a member of their Investment and Leadership Committees. She led all legal and compliance aspects of the vertically integrated firm with approximately $10.7 billion in real estate assets under management. In addition, she built Waterton’s SEC compliance program, led the firm to become a Registered Investment Adviser and oversaw the human resources, risk and insurance functions.
