Chicago, IL: Bridge Industrial, a privately-owned, vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, recently completed construction on two major projects in Southern California, Bridge Point Commerce I & II and Bridge Point North Hollywood. Both properties were acquired by Bridge Industrial in 2022. With several projects in motion across the state, the firm continues to scale heading into 2025, particularly in high barrier to entry markets with increased demand for Class A industrial space and relatively low supply.

- Bridge Point Commerce I & II in Commerce, California encompasses 152,337 square feet and features two LEED Gold buildings located at 7400 Bandini Boulevard and 7421 Slauson.
