Bridge Development Partners Expands South Florida Asset Services Team, Welcomes Elizabeth V. David as Director of Operations for Southeast Region

Bridge Development Partners, one of South Florida’s most active industrial real estate developers, today announced the appointment of Elizabeth V. David, RPA, FMA as Director of Operations for the Southeast Region. The seasoned commercial real estate professional joins from a publicly traded industrial REIT, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience to her new role.

David will be based out of Bridge’s Miami office, responsible for overseeing the property management function for the South Florida market, servicing company-owned assets and providing third-party property management services to institutional owners who have acquired properties developed and sold by Bridge. She will oversee portfolio operations and the property management team as a whole, as well as direct and oversee capital improvements and value-add strategy for the properties under management.

David brings broad experience managing industrial, office, and retail properties. Prior to joining Bridge, she served eight years as Senior Property Manager for a large publicly traded REIT, where she was responsible for overseeing and directing property management operations across the company’s South Florida industrial real estate portfolio spanning 24 buildings and 1.2 million square feet. Previously, the senior-level property management professional held positions with Butters Realty & Management, Duke Realty Corporation, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, and Washington Real Estate Investment Trust.

David holds a master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree from Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, Md. and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations. Additionally, she’s an active member of the South Florida Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Since 2012, Bridge has acquired 362 acres throughout Miami Dade and Broward Counties and delivered more than 3 MSF of Class-A industrial space across the region. The company’s current South Florida portfolio spans more than 4 million square feet.
