Furniture Manufacturer Leases Central New Jersey Warehouse in BRIDGE’s Industrial Park
A furniture manufacturer has leased a warehouse in Bridge Development Partners’ new industrial park in Somerset, New Jersey.
The tenant signed a long-term lease for 481 Weston Canal Road, which is 308,550 square feet, according to the broker on the deal, NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., which is based in Piscataway, New Jersey.
NAI DiLeo-Bram declined to identify its client, the tenant. But a recent report by CBRE said TSG Cabinets of Edison, New Jersey, would be occupying the space. TSG Cabinets declined to comment.
The tenant is relocating most of its operations from Edison to Somerset, NAI-DiLeo Bram said. The building was developed and is owned by Bridge Development.
