Bridge Development Partners sold a pair of new suburban warehouse developments to Morgan Stanley’s Prime Property Fund for almost $200M. The fund paid about $111M for the three-building, 740K SF Bridge Point Franklin Park, and about $83M for the 680K SF Bridge Point Downers Grove, according to Crain’s, citing data from Real Capital Analytics.
