The recently completed Bridge Point FLL Logistics Center in Fort Lauderdale was sold for $28.01 million.
Bridge FLL LLC, an affiliate of Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners, sold the 174,729 square feet of warehouses at 3233 S.W. 12th Ave. to PPF Industrial 1300 SW 32nd Court LLC, part of a fund managed by Morgan Stanley. The price equated to $160 per square foot.
The two warehouses were recently completed on the 10.2-acre site, which previously had a shuttered elementary school. It’s located just north of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, and also a short distance from Port Everglades.
