It’s the year of industrial — and Milanaik is the clear leader in the class.

This effort led to a huge windfall for Bridge, which recently completed a $700 million sale to Duke, bringing its total sales efforts on the year to more than $1 billion. “Jeff gets kudos for creating an enormous amount of value with his partners in a very short period of time,” another insider said.
And he’s not done, said another.
“The thing that makes it such an amazing accomplishment is that they have not stopped. They have a pipeline to replace all that value that they created.”
