New Design for Bridge Point 78 Scales Back Warehouse Area and Ups Office Space
A new addition to the Bridge Point 78 industrial complex in the Phillipsburg area will have a little less space for warehousing and a little more for office workers.
The Phillipsburg Land Use Board on Thursday night approved changes to the building’s design from its original design dating to 2015 and revised previously in July 2021.
PR Bridge I78 Phase II owner Urban Renewal LLC requested the changes for what is known as Building 1 of the development’s second phase. Building 1 is the main building comprising Phase II, according to the site plan as updated last year. This phase also includes a 2,900-square-foot groundwater treatment system structure tied to the site’s ongoing environmental remediation.
