Intersection Improvements Begin at Bridge Point 78
Road work began this week to improve intersections serving the new warehouse park under construction on former Ingersoll Rand land in Phillipsburg and Lopatcong Township, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said Tuesday.
Bridge Development Partners LLC is building the 3.85 million-square-foot I-78 Logistics Park at its Bridge Point 78 property, 942 Memorial Parkway (Route 22), near the intersection of Routes 22 and 57.
The Route 22 intersection improvements work is being paid for and built by the developer, with oversight from local officials and NJDOT, according to a news release from the department.
Following a groundbreaking last October, work is underway on the 380-acre parcel to complete phase one in the third quarter of 2019, Bridge Development Partners says.
