In 2021, a number of significant industrial developments have been planned, permitted, sold and delivered throughout the region.
The strong demand is due to several factors, Justin Carlucci recently told the Business Journal. They include the Puget Sound region’s rapid population growth, which is creating more need for last-mile facilities near urban centers. Also, supply chain problems are prompting companies to keep more stock close at hand.
