Justin Carlucci, partner at Bridge Industrial, oversees the development of buildings 1 million-plus square feet, but his passion for the industry started on a much smaller scale. As a child, Carlucci watched his parents operate a few rental houses. Their own passion for their small rental home business inspired him to pursue a career in the field.
Carlucci upscaled his vision from small residential to massive commercial buildings after taking an internship in Walmart’s commercial real estate division. After being given the autonomy to lead the development of some of their buildings, Carlucci was hooked.
He spoke to the Business Journal about his past and the culture he strives to create at Bridge Industrial, which has been involved in several of the largest industrial real estate deals of the year.
