Bridgepoint 78 Reshaping Phillipsburg
The former home of Ingersoll-Rand, once the Phillipsburg area’s biggest employer, will be used for 3.8 million feet of warehouse space. A number of ideas for the site have fallen through over the years, but one developer spent the last few years gathering the separately owned pieces of the site — formerly known as Commerce Park — and preparing it for future occupation. Current owner Bridge Development Partners bought the entire 365 acres in February for $43 million.
