PREMIER Design + Build Group broke ground on a mixed-use, 48-acre development at the southeast corner of Devon Avenue and Rohlwing Road in northwest suburban Itasca. The Bridge Point Itasca project, for its client Bridge Development Partners, will feature three industrial buildings totaling 741K SF. The project will also include more than 7 acres newly zoned for retail use.
