This prestigious accolade from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of the Miami-Dade chapter sets the stage for Bridge Point AVE’s entry into BOMA’s esteemed Southern Regional Awards to be held in early 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to the TOBY award, Bridge’s Johalys Castillo was named “Property Manager of the Year” in Miami Dade County. Since joining Bridge Industrial in 2022, Castillo has managed the company’s expansive Miami Dade County portfolio, spanning 10 properties, totaling almost 2 million square feet of Class-A industrial space.
