Bridge Commences Spec Facility in Rialto
Bridge Development started speculative construction on Rialto Fulfillment Center 3, a 505,906-square-foot, Class A building in Rialto, CA. Completion on the building is scheduled for Q4 2019.
The facility is located at 12050 Agua Mansa Rd., and will feature a 36-foot clear height, 67 dock-high loading positions, two ground level doors, 254 auto parking spaces, a 185-foot, fully-secured concrete truck court and 151 outside-of-dock trailer storage positions.
