In 2020, Bridge Point 78 Phase I was named NAIOP-NJ’s Industrial Deal of the Year. Bridge redeveloped the former Ingersoll Rand plant into a Class-A industrial campus that will total 3.85 million square feet upon completion. Phase I consists of four warehouses totaling 2.2 million square feet.
