At almost 2.2 million square feet over four warehouses now under development, it’s the biggest industrial project in the country this year. And it’s happening in Phillipsburg.
The real estate blog Commercial Cafe this month released its list of 2019′s top 10 U.S. industrial projects, based on square-footage.
Two Lehigh Valley sites made the cut, with the development at the former Ingersoll Rand site topping the list. In Phillipsburg, part of the Lehigh Valley’s Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton Metropolitan Statistical Area, the site is now called Bridge Point 78. It was purchased for $43 million in early 2018 by Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners.
